It can be so hard to lose weight! If you’re facing this challenge, you’re not alone. More people in the U.S. are overweight these days. Experts from the Center for Retirement Research at Boston College say this has lowered life expectancy in the U.S., from No. 3 in the world in 1960 to No. 10 today.
